Dining Venues at Peaceful Valley
Dining Rooms:
Our riverside dining rooms are a great place to enjoy a hearty meal prepared by our kitchen staff. These rooms can seat up to 120 people as well as be divided for private parties. Watch the wide variety of birds while you dine. The Stellar Jay is one of the most popular due to its brilliant blue feathers.
Patio: This outdoor site is great for summer barbeques. Located right next to the St. Vrain River, this is the idea space for a family picnic or a company barbeque. This space can seat approximately 50 people. This space can be used in addition to the Poolside for larger groups.
Poolside: Located adjacent to the patio area is our pool side dining space. Seating approximately 60-70 guests this space is great for any occasion. This can be used in addition to the patio area for larger groups.
Mountain Top: Located on a ridge just above the valley is our mountain top site. A covered deck area is ideal for groups to gather for a meal. With the most amazing view of the Continental Divide you could ever hope for, your food never tasted so good! This site can seat approximately
Meadow: Located on the ranch’s main property and surrounded by an aspen grove, this is an ideal spot for a picnic or barbeque. Enjoy the outdoors and the view of the mountains around you while you dine in the warm sunshine. Don’t forget picnic activities and games! Mid-Barn: This is a great facility to enjoy horses, dancing (but no dancing horses), chili cook-offs, group and family barbeques, ice cream socials, and so much more. The saloon area offers plenty of seating and has space for a bar offering beer, wine, and soda. Located right next to our corral, you really feel that western/ranch atmosphere.
