AIRPORT:
| Take C-470 (toll) north to I-25, I-25 north to
HWY 66. HWY 66 west through Lyons, turn left onto HWY 7, go 15 miles
to HWY 72, turn left, go 3.5 miles. The ranch is about a 90 minute
drive from DIA.

We are located along the Peak to Peak Highway!This is Colorado's oldest
scenic byway established in 1918. It leads the traveler to Rocky Mountain
National Park, Golden Gate Canyon State Park, Arapaho and Roosevelt
National Forests and the Indian Wilderness Area. Presenting stunning views
of the Continental Divide and its woodlands this byway is alot to see
in only
55 miles of travel.

This byway is located in north central Colorado, between Estes Park
and Black Hawk/Central City. Veiws of the Continental Divide and its
timbered approaches are spectacular. |
| LENGTH: |
This drive parallels the forested east side of the Front Range for
55 miles on State Hwy 7 & 72. Less than an hour from Denver and approximately
1 1/2 hours to drive straight through. |
| ROAD CONDITIONS: |
Year round, paved road. Numerious gravel side roads criss-cross
this byway and head off to various high-country lakes, trailheads,
and campgrounds. |

Food, gas, and lodging are in Lyons, Estes Park, Allenspark, Nederland,
and Black Hawk/Central City. |
| ACTIVITIES: |
Picnicking, camping, hiking, fishing, skiing, and biking are available
along this byway. |
